Between wage stagnation, inflation, and the rising poverty levels - do you think the billionaires/corporations understand that eventually, people will no longer have money to spend and therefore no longer be able to contribute to their bottom line?

I understand the sociopathic greed factor, but how can "they" ignore the fact that this way of life is already, and will continue to be, unsustainable? If all they care about is money, won't they be super sad when they stop accumulating it?

These are mostly rhetorical questions...my average brain can't possibly understand the insanity of what is happening at the highest echelons of government/society, but it just seems so obviously backward that I'm dumbfounded the crazy train just keeps chugging on like it is business as usual.
