Oh, I'm aware of how "non-essential" I am 🤣

You know, I didn't even take it to that "Elites" space. I honestly had no idea how many kids those guys have, and I can't say I've ever researched or listened to their opinions about pro-creation because...well, I just don't care what they have to say about it.

My viewpoint was born of layman logic - if we are running out of affordable living space, if food shortages impact a majority of the world, if plastics, oils, and trash are destroying our Earth, what sense does it make to bring MORE people into the chaos?

No one has ever told me I shouldn't or can't have children. In fact, it's been the opposite! There is intense societal pressure for women to have babies - notice all the fear-mongering around falling birth rates?

As human beings become more disengaged with their true nature and lose touch with the spiritual side of life - whatever that may look like - we become more programable. Remove the magic and mystery from life, and people begin feeling like there isn't anything more to being a person - we become disenchanted to the point we resemble screen-addicted cattle.

Weird shit has happened in my lifetime, and I'm sure even more weird shit is on the way. My struggle is that FOR ME (very important here, I'm not trying to impose my beliefs, just gather other opinions and thoughts), it doesn't make sense to leave my children to experience a world of pain, struggle, spiritual starvation, uninhabitable weather patterns, and whatever horrors the Elites have in mind.

I feel like I'm going to get to leave the planet before things get really insane, but knowing that I would be leaving others of my own creation to deal with the freak show feels irresponsible, and I have had trouble justifying it.

Thank you for your thoughts and the info!
